With four generations of employees in the workplace today, recruiters and HR leaders must understand and manage a diverse set of workers. Different generations have different points of views and motivations, and the largest group of those is millennials. By 2025, 75 percent of the workforce will be made up of people born between 1982 and 2000, reports Forbes.
