Failure to Retain Employees Rests Squarely with Bad Bosses

A new report by Robert Half US has found that an astonishing 49% of professionals have quit their jobs because of a bad boss. With unemployment rates as low as they are and companies struggling to retain and hire, this finding is an indicator of a serious underlying problem.

The survey, which can be viewed here, was conducted among 2,800 office workers. The survey also sought to identify if there were parts of the nation where bad bosses were in greater numbers. This infographic highlights those results.
