As HR professionals, we have a unique role in promoting lifelong learning, writes columnist Carl Zangerl, Ph.D. On one level, we can help provide learning opportunities for people in our organizations. On another level, we can serve as role models for lifelong learning. This is exemplified by Andrew Covell, SHRM-SCP, who is pursuing a master’s degree in HR after two decades in the field.
