According to new research from ManpowerGroup, the talent shortage has nearly doubled in the last decade, going from 30% in 2009 to 54% in 2019. ManpowerGroup explains that the skills workers need have changed drastically over the last 10 years, and skills that were once in demand are now obsolete.
