Creating Codie at Microsoft was a pivotal moment for me because it demonstrated how an AI assistant could effectively break down the massive language barriers that prevent aspiring developers from reaching their potential. By allowing people to access complex coding knowledge in their native language, we opened doors that were previously locked by linguistic requirements, earning us recognition for the impact on accessibility.
