Ipas Development Foundation (IDF) is steadfast in enhancing the sexual and reproductive health ecosystem in India, working hand-in-hand with national and state governments since 2001. Promoting access to comprehensive abortion care and choice-based contraception through community engagement and partnerships with both public and private health systems forms the crux of its mission. To further these vital initiatives, IDF is seeking a Senior Coordinator – Human Resources, whose role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of the organization’s human resources.

Additionally, the Senior Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating staff insurance packages, renewing staff contracts as needed, and assisting in the organization of special events. Their responsibilities extend to supporting the Associate Director of Human Resources in organizational development activities, which are crucial for fostering a progressive and inclusive work environment. Ensuring that these operational aspects run smoothly is critical for the optimal delivery of IDF’s programs and initiatives on the ground.
Working at IDF is an experience marked by a strong, employee-friendly, and women-centric work culture. This culture not only provides ample learning opportunities but also cultivates an inclusive environment where every team member’s contribution is valued. Since 2017, IDF has consistently been recognized as one of India’s best NGOs to work for and was named among India’s Top 50 mid-size workplaces in 2024 by the Great Place to Work Institute. Such accolades underscore the supportive and progressive nature of IDF’s work environment, making it an attractive opportunity for human resource professionals committed to meaningful social change.
Candidates meeting these qualifications and possessing relevant experience are invited to apply by submitting their CV and cover letter. Details of the current or last-drawn salary and expected salary should be included and sent to mhr.idf@sectoraccess.co.in by October 30, 2024.
