Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) members can now filter the 2022 SHRM Annual Employee Benefits research to see how their employers’ offerings compare with those of organizations similar in size, location and industry.
The new SHRM Employee Benefits Survey Results interactive online tool, scheduled to launch at the SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2022 (SHRM22), will be available exclusively to SHRM members.
Users can view the full gamut of benefits research SHRM has compiled over the last five years, according to SHRM researcher Derrick Scheetz. The report also measures the prevalence of benefits not previously reported in past years, such as paid mental health days, hybrid work options and subsidies for remote workers.
