In the age of the Covid-19 pandemic, employee coaching and mentoring are not being put on the back burner. Instead, they are quickly adapting by relying on videoconferencing and other virtual technologies.
This adaptation has happened so quickly that HR professionals still see coaching as important (57%) and half still view mentoring as important. In fact, most (72%) report that their organizations will make use of virtual coaching and mentoring as a reaction to the pandemic.
