When I talk to companies on a daily basis, they aren’t complaining about recruiting Millennials as much as they are about retaining them.
We’ve done numerous studies that point to Millennials only staying with a company for two years before moving on. If you compare that to older generations, Generation X stays five years and Baby Boomers stay seven years before leaving for a new company.
