Human resources’ job might just have gotten a little easier with a new app, Vanda, and a new website, Cloverleaf, reports WCPO-TV of Cincinnati.
Vanda helps companies find ideal job candidates by looking for matches with the company’s job description and desired skills. Developer Adam Koehler said that Vanda acts like an HR department that looks for candidates matching the position as opposed to a traditional job posting that waits for potential candidates to respond.
