The infrastructure bill approved by the House late on Nov. 5 contains several important provisions of which employers should be aware.
President Joe Biden is expected to sign the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which the Senate had passed in August. House voting was delayed on a companion measure, the Build Back Better Act—a multitrillion-dollar social spending and climate change bill—which the House will take up again in mid-November.
